Computational Biophysics and Bioinformatics

Our group's aim is the study and understanding of the molecular mechanisms involved in a diversity of biological phenomena through the use of computational methods.

Our projects approach a wide range of biological problems. The main focus is laid over the molecular mechanisms involved in such systems at the atomic level. We develop and use a variety of theoretical / numerical methods, as well as computational and visualization tools.
